These gentle yoga classes help to relax the body and quieten the mind. Classes are suitable for everyone from beginners to the intermediate yogi.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring a bottle of water. If you have your own mat, bring it along, otherwise mats, blocks, and straps are all provided.
