Qigong (Chi Kung)

Qigong (Chi Kung) is an ancient Chinese healing practice which focuses on harnessing your body’s internal energy to maximise health and vitality.
Often described as meditation in motion, Qigong promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements and breathing exercises.

During the first sessions, participants will learn the beginning movements of the form.
These sessions can be modified for all abilities.
