About

Art + Mind is a themed Arts Therapy evening group program for adults.

Facilitated by registered Arts Therapists, the group is a safe, confidential space to explore creative approaches to recovery and wellness.

The same participants will meet regularly over a ten-week period.

The group will focus on a specific mental health theme and hands-on creative activities each week.

Themes will include:

  • Using senses to change your mood
  • Why nature is essential for health
  • Drawing for mindfulness
  • How the body holds emotions and experiences
  • Art as a method of problem solving.

The workshops will be hands on and fun. No experience in art is necessary.

Art + Mind groups are limited to 12 participants.
