About

Arts Therapy is for people who want to explore creative ways to make changes, move through challenging times and explore new ways of feeling, thinking and living.

Arts Therapy supports mental health recovery and wellness.

You don’t have to know about art to participate in this program.

It’s all about the process of using art materials to express things you can’t say in words.

We offer a range of group art programs and individual Arts Therapy appointments facilitated by Registered Arts Therapists.

Our Arts Therapists

Capital Region Community Services employees accredited Registered Arts Therapists who are professional members of the Australian, New Zealand and Asian Creative Arts Therapy Association (ANZACATA).

Our Arts Therapists have a Masters degree in Arts Therapy and meet professional standards to maintain their registration.

Our Arts Therapists facilitate Arts Therapy groups, design arts programs and provide individual Arts Therapy services.
