Capital Region Community Services offer a social support and wellness group for people aged over 65 years, who are caring for someone.

This program offers a range of benefits including an opportunity to meet new people, and make new friends while exploring the community and developing new skills.

Connect 4 will be flexible and tailored to the choices of the group. You must be registered with My Aged Care to participate in this program.
