The Youth Engagement Team offers free Road Ready Courses for young people aged 15-25 years who hold a current Centrelink Healthcare card and who may have missed out on completing the course at high school.
The Road Ready Course is designed by the ACT Government to support young people to become safe and competent drivers. The course is generally run once a Term at Belconnen Youth Centre.
Participants are required to complete two full days of training and successfully pass the online Learners Knowledge Test.

Due to COVID-19, the Centre can host a maximum of 40 participants. Young people will be required to sign in and use hand sanitiser provided upon entry.
